- Nick Fury has a folder of every single letter he has sent to the family of a SHIELD Agent who has fallen.
- He doesn’t need them. He can recall every letter he’s written, every time he’s had to visit someone’s home.
- Nick loves people. Between Peggy Carter and Nick, no one can remember Intelligence Directors attending so many birthday and Christmas parties.
- While he started off in Operations, Nick has a nose for Analysis.
- He doesn’t keep any regular sleep schedule, and will occasionally be at the office at 4 in the morning, catching up on the Sydney office.
- He enjoys reading biographies. Nick and Steve started a small book club that includes Tamara from HR, Maria Hill, and one of Steve’s running buddies.
- He has an apartment in Paris he swears that, really, he’ll spend more time there, but he can’t run a global spy agency from a little studio with spotty wifi. He’ll retire there, some day, and write his memoirs. Of course, no one will ever be able to read them, but it’ll be cathartic, he tells himself.
This is fantastic! If I wasn’t on mobile I’d add some (and will in the future) but these are absolutely excellent headcanons :)
